To the Editor:

On behalf of the State Bar of Georgia, I am writing to congratulate Susan W. Cox of Edenfield, Cox, Bruce & Classens in Statesboro on her induction as a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers.

Ms. Cox is well deserving of this national recognition of her exemplary service of more than 30 years as a trial lawyer in a wide variety of civil cases for both plaintiffs and defendants. Inductees include only the most experienced trial lawyers who have mastered the art of advocacy and met the highest standards of ethical conduct, professionalism, civility and collegiality.

Susan is also dedicated to uplifting the legal profession, having served on the Board of Governors and the Investigative Review Panel of the State Bar of Georgia, as past president of both the Bulloch County and Ogeechee Circuit Bar Associations and as past chair of the Southern District Court Advisory Committee and First District Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee.

All Georgia lawyers can be proud of Susan Cox on receiving this prestigious honor, as well as her demonstrated, career-long commitment to promoting the cause of justice, upholding the rule of law and protecting the rights of all citizens.

Sincerely,

Robin Frazer Clark
President
