How to Join the State Bar

By order of the Supreme Court of Georgia (219 GA 873 and subsequent amendments) an applicant to the Bar is required to register with the State Bar and to pay the prescribed dues before engaging in the practice of law. The following forms should be submitted only after certification by the Office of Bar Admissions. Certification by Bar Admissions is not required for Affiliate or Student Membership.
