Section 4. Termination of Membership

 Membership in The Young Lawyers Division shall terminate:

(a) at the end of the bar year in which such member shall attain the age of thirty-six (other than honorary members); or,

(b) upon such member ceasing to be a member in good standing of the State Bar of Georgia; or,

(c) in the case of associate members by vote of a majority of the Executive Council at any regular meeting of the Executive Council.
