Section 4. The Immediate Past President.
The Immediate Past President shall:
(a) chair the Board of Trustees for the Institute of Continuing Legal Education;
(b) serve as ex-officio member of the State Disciplinary Board and the Commission on Lawyer Competency; and
(c) perform other duties delegated to him or her by the President and prescribed by the Board of Governors.
Upon the absence, death, resignation, or disability of the Immediate Past President, the next most immediate past president shall assume the duties of the Immediate Past President.
