The Georgia Bar Journal is a member benefit comprised of scholarly articles, feature articles, Bar updates, rules changes, notices, classified ads and other pertinent information. We welcome the submission of unsolicited legal manuscripts on topics of interest to Bar members. Submissions should be 10 to 12 pages, double-spaced (including endnotes) and on letter-size paper. Citations should conform to A UNIFORM SYSTEM OF CITATION (19th ed. 2010). Authors will be notified of the Editorial Board's decision regarding publication.
