Georgia Bar Journal
The Georgia Bar Journal is a member benefit comprised of scholarly articles, feature articles, Bar updates, rules changes, notices, classified ads and other pertinent information. We welcome the submission of unsolicited legal manuscripts on topics of interest to Bar members. Submissions should be 10 to 12 pages, double-spaced (including endnotes) and on letter-size paper. Citations should conform to A UNIFORM SYSTEM OF CITATION (18th ed. 2005). Please address unsolicited articles to: State Bar of Georgia, Communications Department, 104 Marietta St. NW, Suite 100, Atlanta, GA 30303. Authors will be notified of the Editorial Board's decision regarding publication.

Annual Fiction Writing Competition
The editorial board of the Georgia Bar Journal is pleased to announce that it will again sponsor its Annual Fiction Writing Contest. The purposes of this competition are to enhance interest in the Journal, to encourage excellence in writing by members of the Bar and to provide an innovative vehicle for the illustration of the life and work of lawyers.
