In addition to the membership and classes of membership herein before provided, The Young Lawyers Division may recognize by majority vote of the members of the Executive Council at any regular meeting as associate members those of the legal profession, under thirty-six years of age, not authorized to practice law in the State of Georgia including, but not restricted to, lawyers in the employ of government, the armed services, governmental agencies, private and commercial institutions, law professors and law students in their junior and senior year. Such associate members may be furnished copies of appropriate official publications and may be entitled to attend and participate without the right to vote or hold office in any meetings or activities.
