Section 2. Honorary Membership

 All persons who have served as president of the Young Lawyers Division shall be honorary members of the Young Lawyers Division for lifetime after such person attains the age of thirty-six years; except for the immediate past president of the Young Lawyers Division who shall be eligible to vote and shall be a member of the Executive Council even though he or she may have attained the age of thirty-six years. Honorary members shall not be eligible to vote or hold office in the Young Lawyers Division of the State Bar of Georgia and such membership shall terminate should an honorary member cease to be a member in good standing of the State Bar of Georgia
