/ ARTICLE IV OFFICERS AND DIRECTORS / Section 12. Removal by Executive Council
The Executive Council may at any regular or special meeting called in accordance with these bylaws by two-thirds majority vote of the total voting membership of the Executive Council remove any officer from office for cause.
