/ ARTICLE VIII MEETINGS / Section 1. Annual Meeting
Members of the Young Lawyers Division shall meet annually at the time and place designated by the Board of Governors for the annual meeting of the State Bar of Georgia unless the Executive Council at any regular meeting by majority vote of the members present and voting held not less than sixty days prior to the date of the annual meeting of the State Bar of Georgia designates a different place and time. Notice of the annual meeting shall be given by the secretary to all members not less than thirty days before such annual meeting.
