Rule 1-802. Special Meetings

Special meetings of the State Bar of Georgia may be held at such times and places as may be determined by the Board of Governors. The Secretary shall call a special meeting of the State Bar of Georgia upon petition signed by not less than ten percent of the active members and such special meetings shall be held within sixty days after the petition is filed with the Secretary. The business to be transacted at special meetings shall be specified in the call.
