The Committee shall meet for the purposes of oversight of the Consumer Assistance Program, coordination of the program's goals and implementation of directives and resolutions from the Board of Governors. The Committee shall have authority to adopt additional regulations for the administration of the program which are not otherwise inconsistent with these rules. Additionally, the Committee will develop recommendations for submission to the Executive Committee and the Board of Governors with regard to the funding, staffing, administration, and operation of the program, which may include proposed changes to Bylaws and Rules of the State Bar.
