Rule 10-107. Payments

(a) If, in the judgment of the Board, a reimbursable loss has been sustained by a claimant and the circumstances warrant relief, then, after taking into consideration the resources of the Fund and the priority to be assigned to such application in the discretion of the Board, the Board may, in the exercise of its discretion, as a matter of grace and not of right, grant monetary relief.

(b) Such monetary relief shall be in such an amount as the Board may determine and shall be payable in such a manner and upon such conditions and terms as the Board shall prescribe.
