/ ARTICLE IV OFFICERS AND DIRECTORS / Section 9. Elections of Officers
The officers (with the exception of the editor of the Young Lawyers Division Newsletter) shall be elected in the manner and shall take office at the time provided for in Article Six of these bylaws. The editor of the Young Lawyers Division Newsletter shall be appointed by the president to serve at the pleasure of the president.
