Section 6. Quorums

Organization of the State Bar & Admissions / Young Lawyers Division Bylaws / ARTICLE VIII MEETINGS / Section 6. Quorums

  1. Ten members of the Executive Council shall constitute a quorum for Executive Council meetings;
  2. Fifty members of the Young Lawyers Division shall constitute a quorum for meetings of the members of the Young Lawyers Division.
