Rule 1-204. Good Standing

Organization of the State Bar & Admissions / Part I - Creation & Organization / CHAPTER 2 MEMBERSHIP / Rule 1-204. Good Standing

No person shall be deemed a member in good standing:

  1. while delinquent after September 1 of any year for nonpayment of the license fee prescribed in Chapter 5 hereof;
  2. while suspended for disciplinary reasons;
  3. while disbarred;
  4. while suspended for failure to comply with continuing legal education requirements; or
  5. while in violation of Bar Rule 1-209 for failure to pay child support obligations.
