Rule 1-201. Membership

Organization of the State Bar & Admissions / Part I - Creation & Organization / CHAPTER 2 MEMBERSHIP / Rule 1-201. Membership

All persons now or hereafter who are:

  1. authorized to practice law in this State or;
  2. authorized to act as a Foreign Legal Consultant shall be members of the State Bar of Georgia.
